Job Description

Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Applications EngineeringGeneral Summary:Responsibilities:

Building test automation framework to enable development teams to write tests

Define and implement QA processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Integrate DevOps practices into the QA process.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Develop and maintain playwright and selenium automation scripts.

Collaborate with stakeholders, SA/BA, and DEV teams to understand requirements.

Perform various testing types (Acceptance, API, Functional, Regression, end-to-end).

Log defects and provide clear communication on test results and status.

Provide UAT and PROD support.

Work with global team members.

Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers. Requirements:

6+ years of experience in building test automation frameworks to enable development teams to write tests

6+ years of experience in automating web applications using playwright and selenium .

6+ years of experience with API scripts using Postman.

5+ years of experience in Jenkins, Jenkins-Pipelines, Git.

6+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter.

Hands-on experience with test management tools like Quality Center or any other test management tools.

5+ years of experience in DevOps practices and tools.

Experience in team management is a plus

Proven experience in defining and implementing QA processes.

Experience with AWS services and other cloud environments.

Solid knowledge of SQL server and scripting

5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Experience with security testing is a plus Education Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience

OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
