 Tally Customer Support Executi

Job Description

    DISCLAIMER – Requesting all candidates to read the job description carefully before you apply for this role. This is a customer service role for the Tally software.

    It is not an accounting role. Anyone interested in an accounting role, please do not apply.

     

    • Help customers who use our Tally software by solving their problems and answering their questions quickly and clearly.

    • Use your knowledge of Tally to guide customers on how to use different features, fix technical issues, and make sure the software runs smoothly.

    • Explain accounting terms and software features in a simple way so that all users, whether beginners or experts, can understand.

    • Work with other teams to report software bugs or problems, and suggest ways to make the software better.

    • Stay updated with the latest Tally updates and new features so you can always share the most accurate and current information.

    • Understand customer issues and needs, and help them find the best solutions to make their experience with our software better.

    • Support new customers by training them and helping them get started with Tally so they can use it confidently.

     

    Who are you

     

    • Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or similar background preferred)

    • Experience: 1 year experienced candidates and Freshers are welcome! (Training will be provided.)

    • Basic knowledge of Tally or accounting concepts is a big plus.

    • Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)

    • Eagerness to learn and solve problems

    • Patience and a customer-first attitude

     

    Compensation: 15k - 25k 


    Job Location: Magnum Opus, 3, Ground Floor, Shanti Nagar, Vakola, Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400055.


    Working Days: Monday to Friday (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.); Saturday (10.00 am to 1.30 pm)
