Job Description :-

• As a Life Insurance Agency Channel Sales representative, your primary objective will be to foster and maintain relationships with insurance agencies to drive the sales of life insurance policies.
• You will collaborate with agency partners to understand their clients' needs and provide them with appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Your responsibilities will include recruiting new agencies, training agency staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, and supporting them in effectively selling life insurance policies.
• You will also be responsible for monitoring agency performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to work in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
• Travel and occasional irregular hours may be required to engage with agency partners and conduct training sessions.
