Job Description
The Works Manager / Sr. Production Manager plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the production department. This position involves managing production schedules, ensuring the quality of output, maintaining safety regulations, and optimizing resource usage. Work manager provides advice and monitors the implementation of the following: loss control and project safety, project quality assurance, project controls, construction management procedures, materials management procedures and of the project startup and testing plan.u'll work closely with other departments to align production goals with overall company objectives.
Responsibilities
Proactive Incident Analysis to drive volume out of the environment Lead and Host calls with Resolver Leads for analysis of data and potential Problems Drive full Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Actions Coordinate with cross functional areas and client for root cause analysis for all Problems Direct and Manage the Problem Management process, adherence and reporting Ensure consistent execution of Problem Management policies, processes, procedures and Work Instructions Create, document, track, and maintain Problem Management service and process improvement plans with corrective action requirements and activities Provide and analyze Problem Record reports for process audit Performs oversight of the vendor contracts Completes bidding & awarding the construction documents Regads Nabanita (HR) hidden_mobileEmployement Category:
