Currently, we are looking for Pastry Chef in Europe, Sweden, Portugal & Germany under the opportunity card visa.
Responsibilities: Prepare and Bake Pastries Create a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and bread.
Design Dessert Menus Develop and update dessert offerings that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Decorate and Present Desserts Ensure pastries are visually appealing and meet presentation standards.
Manage Ingredients and Inventory Order supplies, monitor stock levels, and reduce waste.
Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Train and Supervise Staff Lead junior pastry chefs and kitchen assistants in pastry preparation and cleanliness.
Test and Improve Recipes Innovate and refine recipes for quality and consistency.
Maintain Equipment Ensure pastry tools and machines are clean and in good working order.
Coordinate with Kitchen Staff Work with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
