Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for achieving accuracy while executing back office duties related to IPOs and Mutual Funds

operations such as advance payments of mutual funds, fixed deposits and bonds, MIS preparation and

updating the same on timely basis.

A.Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective

Responsible for handling duties related to Advance Payment of Mutual Funds.

To timely make monthly payment of Fixed Deposit and Bond Business.

To ensure timely preparation and updation of monthly MIS of Fixed Deposit & Bonds.

Handling online IPO related work for cheque issued and Data entry.

1. Internal/External Responsiveness

Resolution of Employee queries within TAT/responsiveness within TAT (internal/external clients).

Customer/Client relationship Management.

1. Internal process Perspective

Compliance of Organizations philosophy, procedures and Policies.(0% violation of policies ).

MIS /Data Management (Protection & Confidentiality).

Liaison with various departments.

CRM usage.

1. Innovation & Learning Perspective

Updated Knowledge of latest market Trends/Policies of BSE/NSE etc.

New initiatives/ Processes/ Ensure training (self) as organized by Organization's L&D division/

Participation in Emp. Centric Org. Activities/ Surveys/ Seminars.
