Job Description
We have an urgent opening for Branch Manager | Sr Branch Manager depending upon work experiences for Cochin/Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram , Tiruchirappalli Location
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch sales / operations and staff.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet branch targets.
- Maintain and build client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to branch staff.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize overall company performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in equity broking and sales management.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and financial products.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certified NISM 8
