Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using MSP and Primavera P6, with a specific focus on tank farm and cryogenic tank construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and unique requirements for tank farm and cryogenic tank projects.
- Identify critical paths, potential delays, and resource conflicts specific to tank farm and cryogenic tank construction, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress related to tank farm and cryogenic tank activities, comparing planned vs. actual timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports to project teams and management, with a specialized emphasis on tank farm and cryogenic tank projects.
- Adapt project schedules to incorporate changes and assess their impact on tank farm and cryogenic tank project timelines.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors specifically involved in tank farm and cryogenic tank construction to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Assist in the development of cost estimates and budgets for tank farm and cryogenic tank construction projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, especially in the context of tank farm and cryogenic tank projects.
- Conduct frequent site visits to assess construction progress of tank farm and cryogenic tank projects and address schedule-related issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within tank farm and cryogenic tank planning.
Skills:
- Having good knowledge and proficiency in project management software like MSP and Primavera P6.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good presentation skills (PPT).
