JOB DESCRIPTION
Working days and working time
Days: - Monday to Saturday
Time: - 9.00am to 6.00pm
Facilities/ Benefits other than salary: Paid leave post probation & Bonus
Job role (Responsibility)
- Implement the HR policy developed. Align with vision and mission of the Company.
- Make salary sheet
- Keep track of holidays
- Recruit people for vacancies.
- Provide the rules, regulations and alignment with vision and mission of company to the new joining candidates
- Check and clear outstanding statement of outgoing candidates.
- Address staff grievances and escalate if required to management.
- Liase with labour consultant for compliances.
- Ensure all compliances are done in time bound manner for all staff and vendors
