Acts as liaison to provide counsel among the company, employees, program providers and/or government agencies, resolving issues, seeking guidance, providing information, ensuring compliance with regulations to advance overall working relationships, increase productivity, engagement, employee development and employee relations issues. Administers and optimizes various HR programs and processes to support the employee life cycle. Recommends training and development opportunities to address gaps identified by management, supervisors and/or employees.
