Job Description

Customer support executive

Graduates with 1 year experience in customer service / Voice /Customer support /Customer Care

Excellent in English and Hindi

Salary: 22000 Per Month CTC , 18.2k TH

6 days working & 1 rotational week off

Shift Timings: 9am to 9pm rotational shift

Should have their own laptop and WIFI connection

Laptop configuration : 8GB RAM, i5 processor, Windows 10

Should have all relevant documents

Rounds of Interview

• HR Round
• Versant Round (4,5 or 6 )
• Client Round
• Operations Round

Note:

• In case of leaving job before 4 months from the date of joining, company will not give you any certificate
• Student having exam their in next 3 month shall not be preferably
• Should not have any commitments part time courses, tuitions, etc. that hamper work performance
• Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows Social media etc.
• Candidates must have a own Laptop /WiFi Connection /Smart Phone.
• Available for immediately Joining
