Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Full Stack with a strong background in Agile Methodologies Node.js .NET SQL & NoSQL databases and Python frameworks such as Flask and Django. Should have exposure to Panadas and NumPy libraries
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using Node.js .NET and Python frameworks like Flask and Django.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to support application requirements.
- Utilize Numpy and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Work closely with the Consumer Lending team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all projects and processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
- Have extensive experience with Node.js .NET and Python frameworks such as Flask and Django.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Show expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Numpy and Pandas.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have a solid understanding of the Consumer Lending domain.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Possess strong documentation skills.
