Job Description
Exp: 8 to 12 years
Job Location: Noida / Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid work)
Skill set : Palo Alto firewall + Meraki + Azure
Notice : Immediate Preferred
Role & responsibilities
- Support (Tier 2) Monitor, trouble-shoot, and resolve enterprise network issues.
- Focus will be on the Palo Alto Firewalls, including ISE, GlobalConnect, and could include Cisco/Meraki equipment
- Implement Plan, coordinate, and facilitate designed solutions using best practices to provide future support model;
- Maintain the performance, security and availability of services
- Document document the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure solutions
- Will own the Palo Alto firewall solutions including day to day administration and maintenance of hardware/software and configuration including policies.
- Will work with several network engineers that are focused outside Palo Alto and alongside System Engineers that handle the Windows/Linux/Azure/GCP systems.
