Job Description

  • Source opportunity through research, generate leads to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships via cold-calling.
  • Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing a customer focused attitude with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and create value.
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customers experience
  • Increase customer base and revenue sales by executing activities such as surveys, campaigns and promotions.
  • Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
