We are hiring for Assistant Manager - Billing.
DIVISION : REAL ESTATE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dip - Civil / BE Civil
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 12 Years of relevant experience in a reputed real estate company.
- Candidate should be well versed with modes of measurements of Civil, Interior Finishes, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC and other services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking and verifying bills / invoices in accordance with measurements and quantities as per approved rates.
- Reconciliation of the material supplied by contractors and making entries in SAP.
- Checking of specification of work as per Work Order, Purchase Order and tender documents.
- Checking, Verification and Approval of bills of contractors & proceed for payment process as per the contract terms.
- Doing Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation and Quantity Survey.
- MIS reporting Bill Tracking Report.
- Proper documentation of all bills, invoices and uploading in DMS for future records.
KEY SKILLS:
- Should be conversant with SAP.
- Should have knowledge of prevailing tax implications in work contracts like VAT, Service Tax, TDS, WCT etc.
