Hiring: Civil Engineer Substation Projects (132kV Minimum Required) | 7-12 Years of Experience

WALKIN INTERVIEW LOCATION:HYDERABAD/CHENNAI

Were looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with 7 to 12 years of experience in the execution of high-voltage substation projects (132kV and above). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the civil scope of EHV substation construction, from site preparation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute civil works related to 132kV and above substations (e.g., foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, equipment foundations).

• Ensure work is carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with electrical, structural, and project management teams.

• Manage subcontractors and monitor site progress.

• Handle QA/QC documentation and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and manage site-level communication.

• Quantity Estimation & BOQ

• Site Coordination & Contractor Management

• QA/QC & HSE Compliance

• AutoCAD / Civil 3D (preferred)

• Knowledge of IS/IEC Standards

• Communication & Teamwork

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 712 years of experience in substation projects (132kV+).

• Must have worked on at least 2 full-cycle substation projects.
