Job Description
- Monitor daily operations in the agency and ensure employees complete their duties successfully
- Establish and maintain client relationships through regular communication
- Ensure all agents and other employees adhere to state and federal guidelines, laws, and regulations
- Organize and schedule employee shifts, vacations, and sick days to ensure the agency runs smoothly at all times
- Interview prospective candidates for job openings and conduct background checks
- Evaluate employee performance regularly to determine if they are meeting goals
- Manage administrative and financial duties, such as overseeing budgets, maintaining reports, and planning events
- Handle the agencys financial resources by tracking expenditures, generating reports on revenue, managing cash flow, etc
- Create and implement strategic plans for the agency based on current industry trends and client requirements
- Set agency goals, encourage progress, and implement operations improvements
- Recruit and train new agents
