Job Description

Implement trade marketing strategies, promotions, and schemes in coordination with the sales team.

Monitor promotion effectiveness and ensure proper deployment of POSM and visibility materials.

Supervise merchandising activities to maintain strong brand visibility in outlets.

Ensure planogram compliance and identify gaps during market visits.

Track competitor activities and market trends.
-
Manage deployment, redeployment, and maintenance of company assets in the market.

Maintain accurate asset tracking records and ensure optimal utilization.
-
Maintain MIS reports to track trade marketing performance and market execution.
-
Oversee the use of SFA and other technology tools for data tracking and reporting.

Monitor trade marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Track scheme payouts, asset investments, and recommend cost optimization.

Lead and support the trade marketing team to ensure effective execution and high performance.
-
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

7-12 years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or brand management.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
Manager - Trade Marketing - The Manager - Trade Marketing is responsible for executing trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and improve market execution across the North East region. The role focuses on merchandising management, asset deployment, trade promotions, MIS tracking, and close coordination with the sales team to ensure effective market presence. Moderate travel within the region is required.
