Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Responsible for reviewing Consumer loan packages. The position requires knowledge of HELOC loan, compliance, organizational, and insurance documents. Efficient and accurate loan package processing is imperative in ensuring proper legal and compliance fill documentation, as well as, proper management of collateral.

1. Perform checklist based review.
2. Entering loan data into the system (LOS).
3. Making note of pending items and follow up.
4. Loan boarding & processing of existing deals. Processing of loan drawdowns, funding from loans platform and preparation of outgoing payments. Some level of static data loan maintenance.
