Job Description
Should have experience as a Voice coach on Papers for 1-3 years in an INternational bpo
Should have experience in giving training and pre-training analysys for A BATCH OF 20-25 agents Should be comfortable with 24 / 7 shifts and night shifts .
Should be able to provide voice as well as process training ,should have the capability to work under pressure
