Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and create knowledge base setups for domain-specific chatbots to enhance user interaction.
Fine-tune prompts tailored to the specific nature and requirements of various chatbots.
Provide technical support to customers regarding RAG-specific issues related to existing chatbots.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy chatbot solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of chatbot systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and DevOps practices.

Qualification:

Proven development experience in Node.js and Python.
Good knowledge of LLM (like Langchain), and a great understanding of RAG.
Good understanding of Vector DB, Graph DB and MongoDB and its integration with applications.
Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
Strong understanding of prompt finetuning using OpenAI.
Familiarity with Dialogflow ES/CX and OpenShift is a plus.
