Mandatory Skill Set for Senior Copilot Developer

Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) within Microsoft Copilot Studio

Advanced prompt engineering skills for conversational AI

Experience integrating virtual agents with enterprise data using Azure AI Search and Microsoft Graph

Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate for system integration

Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment

Ability to design and develop complex conversational AI and "agentic AI" workflows

Experience managing the full application lifecycle of AI solutions

Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders

Mentoring and leadership skills for guiding junior developers
