Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and robust web-based applications with a platform-first mindset.
• Design modular and maintainable architecture with strong abstraction and separation of concerns.
• Solve complex business and technical challenges through thoughtful design and problem-solving.
• Drive performance tuning and enhancements in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams for end-to-end execution of features.
• Track and improve feature impact post-deployment through data and feedback.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills with experience in large-scale problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Java, C, or C++ with a focus on scalable and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, concurrency, and multi-threading.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and modern tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases like HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike.
• Experience in building scalable applications on Linux platforms.
• Ability to lead technical design, break down complex problems, and write documentation.
