Walk-in drive for Collection Manager, Recovery (Personal Loan) TN Chennai Anna Nagar location on 6th May 2025

Role & responsibilities

• Handle recovery and collections for Personal Loan (PL) portfolio.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups and field visits to default customers.
  
• Negotiate and recover dues while maintaining professionalism.
  
• Manage agency partners and collection executives (if applicable).
  
• Maintain MIS reports and update collection status regularly.
  
• Analyze delinquent accounts and strategize recovery plans.
  
• Ensure adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in personal loan or unsecured loan collections
  
• Education: Any Graduate in any discipline
  
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and targets
  
• Knowledge of local geography and customer profiling
  
• Language Proficiency: Local language + Basic English
  
• Two-wheeler & Driving License mandatory
