Job Responsibilities:

The job role would involve but not limited to:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
• Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets
• Adhere to process norms and structure
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Work with great attention to detail
• Work in a rapidly changing environment

Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)

Work location: Hyderabad - permanent work from office
