Role & responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of health insurance sales executives.
Monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching for improvement.

Conduct regular training on product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques.
Keep the team updated on new insurance plans, regulatory changes, and internal processes.
Excellent communication required..
