Experience in HR operations, preferably in facilities management, airport services, logistics, or retail environments. Recruitment & Workforce Planning, HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management, Industrial Relations & Grievance Handling.

Required Candidate profile

Hands-on experience managing a large blue-collar workforce. Design and implement initiatives for employee morale, recognition, and motivation.
