We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional/Zonal Head Govt. Annuity to lead annuity business growth through superannuation and NPS channels. This is a high-impact leadership role involving team management, corporate tie-ups, and execution of annuity sales plans while ensuring alignment with business goals in the retirement benefits domain.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Sales Managers (SMs) and Associate Managers (AMs) to drive annuity sales
- Implementing regional sales strategies in line with the national business plan
- Building strategic partnerships and tie-ups with private companies and PSUs
- Launching and promoting annuity business offerings in the assigned region
- Conducting webinars and presentations to engage corporate retirees and decision-makers
- Maintaining updated databases on clients and competitors for informed business planning
Requirements:
- MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Finance with 68 years of relevant experience in life/general/health insurance or BFSI
- Strong understanding of annuity products, corporate solutions, and financial planning
- Proven experience in selling complex financial solutions to corporate clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach
- Solid industry network and ability to drive tie-ups and conversions
