About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us source, screen, and hire top talent across functions. This is a remote opportunity suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building great teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Post job ads on various platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline health.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and virtual hiring events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in [industry].
- Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
- Exposure to international hiring (if applicable).
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
