HR recruiter for an edtech company @ Coppergate Consultants

Job Description

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Interview applicants to define qualifications and eligibility for employment.
• Contact prospective employers to define needs to explain placement service.
• Arrange on-campus interviews between employers and graduating students to facilitate the placement of graduates
• Organizing on & off-campus students, seminars and Drive in college and office premises.
• College Visit for Seminar, Workshop, Drives, All College Activities.
• Company visit for (Tie-up with company, HR meeting, Recruitment Type)
• Coordinate activities of job placement & free/paid internship service for students graduates
• Conducting soft skills (interview preparation, GD, HR round) for students.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and developing placement office procedures.

Qualification: - Graduate/Post graduate- HR/MBA from IT/ Experience in HR Domain/ Consultancy experience/ Recruitment Industry

Job Location:- Thane
Shift Time:- 10 AM - 07 PM

Experience:- Minimum experience of 1 year required for this position- only Recruiter

Female 06 Month to 1 Year

Male 1year to 2 year
