Job Title: Deputy General Manager Transitions (US Healthcare-Medical coding) Experience Required: 18+ Years Current Role: Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager Location: Noida / Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager Transitions to lead and manage end-to-end transitions for our US Healthcare -Medical coding .
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end transitions for Medical coding clients, including due diligence, solution design, process migration, stabilization, and handover to operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Training, HR, and IT to ensure timely and successful transitions.
Drive governance and communication frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with business goals.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry standards during all phases of transition
. Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and updates to leadership and clients.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance best practices in the transitions function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
18+ years of overall experience, with at least 810 years in leading transitions within the Healthcare domain(Coding).
Must be currently working at an AGM/DGM level or equivalent.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-process transitions with US-based healthcare clients.
Strong understanding of healthcare processes across payer, provider, RCM, and Medical coding operations preferred.
Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
PMP / Prince2 or Transition Management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Location: This role is open for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Noida or Bangalore
