Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Install, test, and ensure proper functionality of new products.
Develop process improvements to optimize equipment and material use, maximizing production.
Identify unsafe operations and report them to the Manager.
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance to ensure maximum production efficiency.
Perform maintenance tasks and offer customer support.
Diagnose product issues and implement solutions for repairs.
Write service reports after diagnostics.
Respond to service requests and repair products as needed.
Travel for on-site service as required.
Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.
Completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Turner (mandatory)
1 year of experience or apprenticeship experience in a relevant field.
south Indian language proficiency or at least good English communication skills for effective communication with South India-based clients.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong skills in equipment installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role
