Job Location:   Bawal (Haryana)

Desired Qualification:  B.E/B.Tech in Electric Engineering

Experience:  12+ years (including last 3 years not below Plant Head level)

Salary:  Best in  the Industry Assured.

Proven expertise in past projects

Strong knowledge of Computer Software

Open to Relocate

Job Responsibilities:

As Profit Centre Head, responsible for Operations, Production, Quality, Vendor Management, Finance and Accounts, Procurement, HR and Supply Management

Coordinate with team members for timely completion of tasks

Customer Visit for attending the meetings for Localization, discussing Master schedule, Trials at Customer end etc. for different projects.

To do Cost-Down improvements by carry out Value Engineering/Value analysis.

Collect and Selection of Vendors of Raw Material required

Preparation of Bill of Material having complete actual parts list of all components, operations to be accomplished & Std. Time required in developing the product.

Production Support & mass Implementation for New and existing products

Participation in the review of all design, manufacturing & test documentation to assure conformance to quality standards.

Visit domestic and international cities for attending Meeting & trials

Handling New RFQ for different OEMS.
