Job Description

We are hiring for the ITES Company for the HRO Work Force Management Role.

Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience in supporting HR transaction back - office operations.
Experience in handling simple & medium complex HR transactions within Hire to Retire process
Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
Knowledge in ERP tools like Workday, SAP
Excellent Communication Skills.
Data Reporting and scheduling.
Must have basic HRO knowledge.
Any ERP experience in dealing with employee lifecycle.
UK employee facing experience
Must have worked on Service Now, Workday

Key Skills:

a) Minimum 1 year experience in supporting HR transaction back - office operations
b) Knowledge of ERP Tools Like Workday, SAP
c) Experience in US, UK Geographies
d) Any Graduate
