Job Description

Position: Travel Desk & Export Marketing Executive

Priority: Should have experience in corporate travel coordination and cold mailing for export marketing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Travel Desk Duties

• Arrange domestic and international travel (Car, flights, hotels, visas).
  
• Coordinate with Office employees for best rates and bookings.
  
• Handle travel requests, approvals, and expense records.
  
• Maintain travel logs and ensure travel policy compliance.

Export Marketing (Cold Mailing) Duties

• Identify and contact potential international buyers via cold emails.
  
• Create and manage email campaigns with export catalogs and product info.
  
• Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and set up meetings.
  
• Maintain export leads database and support the sales/export team.
  
• Research target markets and competitor pricing.

Priority: "Fluency in English must"
