You dont need to be a design expert. You just need:
A passion for design and user experience
Curiosity about how people interact with digital products
A working knowledge of Figma (or similar tools)
The ability to express ideas visually even in rough sketches or low-fidelity wireframes
An eagerness to listen, iterate, and improve
A solid sense of visual balance, spacing, typography, and interface usability
The confidence to ask questions and the humility to take feedback well
If youve built personal projects, contributed to something in school, or mocked up an idea for fun we want to see it.
What youll be doing
Support the product and design team in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens
Contribute to the design of UI components for our LMS platform
Participate in feedback sessions and iterate based on input from product and engineering
Explore ways to make features more accessible, intuitive, and visually polished
Help document user journeys and component guidelines
Conduct quick usability tests or feedback sessions with users and team members
Learn how to collaborate in a product-driven development environment
Requirements What were looking for
Comfort using design tools like Figma and Framer
Basic understanding of design principles, UX flows, and responsive layouts
Willingness to prototype , test, and iterate
Curiosity to explore design trends and apply them with restraint
Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset
