We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to next-generation Automotive HMI (Human-Machine Interface) projects.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing UI layouts, components, and visual styles for automotive HMI platforms.
Contribute to UX design by creating wireframes, user flows, and interaction patterns.
Support design research activities, including competitive benchmarking, persona development, and usability studies.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications in Figma for development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, visual designers, and HMI developers.
Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and automotive UX best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Figma for UX & UI design, prototyping, and component-based workflows.
Understanding of UI design principles (color theory, typography, layout) and UX fundamentals (information architecture, usability).
Basic knowledge of design research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for automotive design and emerging in-vehicle technologies.


Good to Have:
Exposure to motion design or micro-interaction prototyping.
Knowledge of automotive HMI trends and standards (e.g., GENIVI, Android Automotive).
Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
