Job Description

To deliver revenues and provide best-in-class customer service to promote sales in Bangalore and contribute to business growth while ensuring that the practices are in alignment with organizational goals. To motivate sales team of the Bangalore store and manage all store operations as per company guidelines.
Job Context Major Challenges
Job Context: Linen Club has evolved into a prominent brand in the domestic linen fabric market with a market share of 70%, a leadership position it has been able to sustain over the years. In this context, the regional presence of retail managers who can find new franchisees and investigate improving pure play retailing aspects is important. Job Challenges: To align and improve uniformity in different stores while maintaining the custom practices to serve the local customers as the system is driven by independent sales operation in each store.
Key Result Areas
KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Monthly Sales Target Plan and ensure achievement of day wise target split
Manage sales by optimal staff allocation and handle store operations through daily monitoring
Balance to go plan and maintain retail KPI tracking
Oversee inputs given by store sales teams to drive walk-ins and achieve higher % conversions
Promote tailoring revenues and consistently provide superior shopping experience
KRA2 Store Operations SOP Adherence Manage all aspects of store operations as per guidelines and score high in retail audits and mystery shopping programs KRA3 Inventory Management Maintain optimum and relevant stock levels
Ensure regular and timely replenishment/refill orders and reverse logistics to always deliver freshness to consumers
KRA4 Cash Management Ensure daily cash deposit and collection reconciliation
Prepare and share daily collection to MIS and other reports as required
KRA5 POS, CRM Reports Ensure 100% billing on POS and ensure compliance on POS CRM software
Prepare and share reports as per the set frequency
KRA6 Tailoring Services Ensure tailoring services as per SOP at all times and maintain quality and timelines KRA7 Product Display VM Ensure VM guideline is followed daily and festive VM plans are executed as per specific guidelines and pictures shared with retail team.
