We are looking for a Transformation Manager for Manpower, Captive Shared Services (CSS) Team supporting the APME region, driving impactful transformation projects across OTC, PTP, RTR, and FP&A functions and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the transformation plan in the several assigned countries.
- Accountable for ensuring that project deliverables are completed in accordance with the established project management methodology, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead, enable and support the transition from the current ways of working to the agreed future state operating model at the local/country level.
- Manage in-country transformation activities, monitoring the progress of activities, provide status updates and initiating actions where necessary
- Coordinate change management and communication plans with local resource in support of transformation activities.
- Identify risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, updating the Risk Analysis Register, and including an adequate business contingency plan for the initial post-go live period.
- Support the countrys assessment and gap analysis and ensure outcomes are documented timely and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate the smooth implementation of employee transition plans in coordination with functional and P&C leads.
- Plan and monitor the execution of knowledge transfer activities, supervising handover processes, and assuring timely and high-quality results.
- Lead the countrys readiness activities, facilitate the Go / No-Go decision for the country, ensuring agreement on countries readiness from all parties.
- Act as the interface between the relevant countries, the new CSS delivery center and/ COE as appropriate, and the Regional and Global Project Management Office.
- Ensure the availability of in-country resources for the duration of the transition phase.
- Escalate issues as needed to Program Management Office or Country Leads and follow up through to resolution
Relationship / Metrics
- Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the transformation roadmap and transition through efficient communication to guarantee stakeholder engagement and project deliverables are met throughout the project.
- Keep all relevant parties involved, maintaining regular progress update meetings, and providing regular status reports to all relevant stakeholders involved (local, regional, global)
- Works directly with the Country Leads, Local and Regional Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to resolve issues and remove roadblocks
Leadership and People
- Plans and ensures project resource availability in accordance with transformation needs.
- Reviews the countrys resources and ensures that the appropriate resources are assigned to each countrys transformation activity
