- Counseling of CKD patients and donors regarding transplantation and kidney donation.
2. Maintenance of files of all transplant patients and donors and their investigation records.
- Preparation of legal files of patients for the committees.
- Getting the relevant approvals from the committee and maintain records of the decisions.
- Coordination of organ retrieval for patients undergoing organ transplantation.
6. Ensure comprehensive documentation, including informed consent of potential organ donor and transplant recipient.
4. Post Tansplant follow up data maintenance.
5. Ensure Immuno Suppressive protocols.
6. Drug level monitoring.
7. Maintenance of transplant waiting list, cadaver waiting list and swap donor list.
7. Preparing Case summaries, Death Summaries, Fitness certificates, Medical certificates as required by patients, for ECHS, for Medical Insurance Cases and for the Medical records Department.
