  • Manages first response for routine technical inquiries, tasks, requests and escalation
  • Provide a first point of contact for technical support for initial/ongoing issues that clients standard service customers face in their day-to-day use of clients products.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Technical support engineer.
  • Experience in Digital marketing is good to have, not necessary

Education:

Any degree with Computer Science background


Location is Hyderabad, shifts are US shifts, Work mode is complete Work from office
