Job Description

Qualifications for External Candidates

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CLMs like ICIand their integration with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
