Location: India (Mumbai) 


Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 8+ years in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or SAP Solutions Sales


Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant with strong expertise in SAP solutions and excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SAP solution sales, engaging with potential clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The candidate should possess a consultative selling approach, excellent persuasion skills, and a deep understanding of SAP solutions to cater to customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively identify and target potential customers across various industries.
  • Initiate and manage cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads.
  • Engage with prospects in Hindi and English, explaining SAP solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT teams, and decision-makers.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase SAP solutions.
  • Understand customer pain points and position SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other SAP offerings as solutions.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing teams to develop winning sales strategies.

Follow-ups & Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
  • Stay updated on SAPs latest offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for customers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Fluent in Hindi & English Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Excellent Sales & Negotiation Skills Ability to influence and persuade decision-makers. SAP Solutions Knowledge Understanding of SAP ERP, SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, and enterprise IT solutions. Proactive & Target-Driven Strong ability to generate leads and close deals effectively. Relationship Management Ability to build trust and rapport with enterprise clients. Time Management & Follow-Ups Ability to manage multiple leads and ensure regular engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or SAP solution selling. Experience in handling enterprise sales cycles and high-value deals. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools is a plus. Knowledge of SAP ecosystem and industry-specific challenges is an advantage.
