Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Estimation Engineer @ Hariom Builders

Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing tender documents, managing budgets, and ensuring that construction projects are completed within projected budgets. Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor ongoing project costs and keep track of variations.
Conduct site visits and liaise with site engineers and project managers.
Negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
Perform risk and value management and cost control.
Ensure that all legal and quality standards are adhered to.
Prepare and submit project progress and financial reports.
Handle final accounts and valuations at project completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
