JOB DESCREPTION 

Position Overview: The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and attracting top talent to fulfill the organization's staffing needs. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and refine job descriptions to accurately represent roles and responsibilities.
Candidate Management:

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback sessions, and facilitate candidate assessments.
Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
Interview Process Management:

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Prepare interviewers with necessary information and guidelines for effective candidate assessment.
Gather feedback from interviewers and participate in decision-making discussions.
Offer Management and Onboarding:

Present job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure new hires have a seamless integration into the organization.
Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate regular recruitment reports and analytics to provide insights into the hiring process's effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.
Provide input to enhance the recruitment process, including strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
