Job Position : Network Manager
Location : Gurugram
Mode: : WFO
Job description :
Individual will be responsible to manage a team of highly enthusiast Network engineers (L1/L2/L3) and the support organisation global network operations. He'll be expected to provide consistent, high-performing level of service support and also ensure the service availability and operational excellence being a part of the team.
- 10+ years of experience in Network domain managing global networks.
- Strong hand-on experience in network domain and available to support the global operations running 24x7.
- Developing and implementing network designs, including topology, protocols, and network security measures
- Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Firewall & wireless.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Perform regular network performance tuning and optimization and Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain network security devices and work on vulnerability closure to ensure compliance
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies & solid understanding of networking and core Internet Protocols.
- In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Routing Protocols (BGP)
- In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on switching (STP, VSS, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, Multi-Layer Switches),
- In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Security technologies (Must Checkpoint), (Good to have - Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Palo Alto etc)
- Thorough knowledge and configuration experience on NAT, IPSec/ SSL VPN setups on Checkpoint & Cisco Firewalls
- In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Links Management (Internet, MPLS IPLC, P2P etc)
- In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience on Cisco Meraki.
- Good to have knowledge and understanding on IT Compliance (i.e., PCI, ISO, SSAE and other Industry standard)
- Good to have knowledge and understanding on Network Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds).
- Certifications like Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE are highly desirable.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Lead and manage a team of network engineers and provide training and mentoring also coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
