Job Role: Manager/Sr. Manager BD-Faridabad Proven experience as Business Development preferably from a consulting background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.

Convincing skills.

Responsible for meeting existing & new clients to understand their needs.
Building new clients for Contractual Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing/Permanent Staffing/ US Staffing etc
Negotiation
Following up & Closing the deals
CTC : Open for deserving candidate.
