Job Description

Role & responsibilities
- Provide support for end-user desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary.
- Respond to service desk tickets, calls, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
- Set up and configure new user accounts, email, and workstation environments.
- Manage user permissions and system access through Active Directory or similar platforms.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patching of systems.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar roll.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a desktop support technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Bike Mandatory to Travel.
