Vacancy : Job Location: Pune ( Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Design, Develop, and Optimize ETL/ELT Pipelines: Must-Have Skills: Talend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration for both ETL and ELT processes (minimum 6 years). SQL Proficiency: Advanced expertise in SQL and experience with database performance tuning. Data Handling: Proven experience working with both structured and unstructured data. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms. Experience in Agile methodologies. Understanding of data governance and compliance standards. Utilize Talend to create efficient data workflows that cater to organizational needs. Data Management: Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple data sources. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance during large-scale integrations. Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for efficiency and scalability. Collaboration: Work closely with both business and technical teams to define and implement integration strategies.
