Job Description
Company is into the business of Waster Water treatment i.e. WTP/STP/RO/ME Plant operation and one has to manager 7-10 sites and 100+ contractual employees remotely.
Role & responsibilities
- Commissioning work for STP/ETP/MEE/MBBR/MBR/R.O/WTP PLANT
- Recruitment, onboarding and training of Helper, Operator and Supervisor at Site level
- Prepare and carry our the periodical maintenance activities at site level with coordination of Employees, vendor and supplier of equipment.
- Coordinate with Site employees, Manager their Shift, Attendance, leave and ensure smooth plant operation without any complaint
- Good working knowledge of STP/ETP/MEE/MBBR/MBR/R.O/WTP plant operations
- Knowledge of basic parameters(PH,MLSS,MLVSS,FILTERABILITY,COD,BOD, DO,OIL & GREASE, TSS,F/M RATIO) also knowledge to check the purity of dosing chemicals or any other lab trial or treatability study at unit in house lab is preferred
- To plant and Trouble shooting in operations work as per requirement
- Report preparation and submission to technical team on time
- Provide best operational support to all the employees working at site level
- Plan and conduct the functional and technical training for the staff on regular basis.
- Any other activities assigned on time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E /B.Tech (Environment Science / Engineering /Chemical) with 5-7 Yrs working experience in field operation
- Strong communication (Verbal & Written), Presentation skills.
- Competency in proposal preparation, negotiation and departmental budgeting and analysis.
